The FP401215H-04 was our older FP4012-08 pump mounted on top of a 15-gallon (equivalent) pre-charged bladder style tank.  It made for a great compact unit to be used in installations that don't have a lot of room.

The unit is now obsolete.  The best replacement can be seen at the top of this listing.
