The FP400115H jet pump / tank system was discontinued.  The closest replacement is listed at the top of this page.

You can find a replacment parts listing for the pump, as well as an owner's manual for the current pre-charged tanks in the Resources area below.  The tank should use the same replacement parts as you will see in the owner's manual below.
