Flotec does not ask you to register your product. Rather, we ask that you keep your original sales receipt. This will act as your proof of original purchase should a warranty situation arise.

If you should experience a warrantable situation with your Flotec pump, please call us. You can reach our Customer Support department at (800) 365-6832 from 8am til 5pm Central time on weekdays. We will advise how to claim your warranty at that time
